About security in your purchase

  • When you buy in our Online Store you do it safely. We have Security Certificates that provide a high degree of confidentiality, reliability and privacy in your transactions.
  • The purchase process through our Online Store incorporates the support of the leading payment gateway in Latin America (WOMPI).
  • We only store the contact information you provide. We never find out about your credit card details since these are managed directly by the payment gateway; which has the approval of the regulatory entities in the Colombian Financial System and incorporates the necessary security measures to protect your information when you carry out a transaction.

About the Means of Payment

  • The payment options offered by wopin are: Credit Card, PSE Payment with Debit Card, PIN Generation for Baloto Payment or Cash Payment, Interbank Payment and among others.
  • You can opt for other means of payment that we have arranged for your convenience (Bancolombia Transfers). Please contact us for more information and help.

About your purchase

  • When you make a purchase through our Online Store and your transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation message. We will be automatically notified via email about your successful purchase.
  • Keep in mind that when making your purchase the system will add a value of shipping costs to the value of the product. This value applies to main cities in Colombia and destinations that do not require forwarding. If you live or are in a Municipality, please contact us before making your purchase to request more information about the cost of shipping or freight.
  • If you make the purchase using direct payment methods such as (Bancolombia Transfer) you must send the respective copy or image of the payment receipt to our email eresvitalco@gmail.com or you can also inform us at WhatsApp +57 3117623181 indicating your information (Name, Address and Email).

 

About the delivery of your orders

  • Once you inform us of your information (Name, Address, City and Email) we will prepare the dispatch of your order and we will inform you of the Guide Number so that you can follow up.
  • You will receive your order in 1 to 3 business days (Subject to time and conditions of the transport or courier company).

About returns


Any product purchased at Eres Vital can be returned as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • The claim must be made maximum 1 day after receiving the merchandise.
  • It is your responsibility to verify the external status of your order at the time of receiving it from the officials of the transport company and communicate any situation or anomaly to the respective company immediately.
  • The product must remain in the same state in which it was delivered, with the original label and, if applicable, keep the packaging supplied by our company.
  • The reshipment costs will be paid by the client, as well as the financial costs derived from the transaction.
  • Once the return of your order is received, we will proceed to resend your order or return your money within 3 business days.
