Lifehuni entrepreneurs must only meet the requirements or goals to qualify for a title, only once, since after they are achieved, they are not lost. However, it is necessary to meet the conditions of each title and in each cycle to receive benefits according to the qualification.

ENTREPRENEUR LIFE

When you have accumulated a total of 400 or more points in personal purchases, that is, with your code, you receive:

- 40% discount on all your purchases.
- Income from differentials from 4% to 20%.
- Diploma of recognition of your first degree, awarded by Lifehuni.
- The opportunity to qualify for receiving the first title that benefits 1-4% of first and second generation Life Entrepreneurs in your network.

ENTREPRENEUR LIFE PLATINUM

Second title awarded by the company, exalting the achievement of goals achieved with personal points or work in conjunction with the network.
To obtain this title, it is a requirement to have previously received the title of LIFE entrepreneur, that is, you must close at least one (1) cycle with each title, and in this case, have been named LIFE entrepreneur (with a 40% discount) after a cycle closure.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

1. If a one sun diffuser becomes a two suns diffuser or a Life diffuser in any of its modalities, before its representative, the latter has 12 cycles to reach this category and recover this diffuser. If he doesn't do it, his representative will definitely move up the line.
2. By qualifying as a Life diffuser in any of its modalities, he is entitled to the benefits, as long as he meets the requirements in the following cycles.
3. From the cycle in which the LIFE title is achieved, it is a requirement to reach the next title (Life Platinum), to remain at least one cycle with the title received and obtain benefits during that same cycle in order to qualify for the following titles ( Sapphire, Emerald and Diamond). Note: The titles or classifications are described in a hierarchical order in the business manual, in such a way that a title or discount percentage cannot be achieved without having fulfilled the requirements of the previous classification.
4. Once he has obtained his title as a LIFE broadcaster in any of its modalities, he will not lose it; but if he does not meet the requirements, he will stop getting the benefits that correspond to this level.

APPLICATION FOR NETWORK PURCHASE BENEFITS:

1. To deliver benefits for network purchases, Lifehealth Universal may require receipts or invoices that support sales.
2. Network purchase benefits are calculated once a month, according to the calendar cycle of the last day of the month.

Support Tools (HDA)

HDAs are absolutely optional, and Business Owners choosing to use, promote, sell or distribute HDAs should assume that their purchase is entirely voluntary. The purchase of any HDA is not a requirement to become an Entrepreneur/Diffuser. All business support material must be authorized by Lifehuni prior to its promotion, use, sale or distribution.

a) The Entrepreneur / Disseminator understands that they do not have to purchase HDA to become an Entrepreneur / Disseminator (being useful but not necessary to be a successful Entrepreneur / Disseminator).

b) The Entrepreneur / Disseminator understands that Lifehuni does not receive any additional income from the purchase of these HDA.

c) Some Entrepreneur / Disseminator and authorized suppliers earn income (which is not paid by Lifehuni) from the purchase of HDA.

d) Approved providers must comply with Lifehuni quality standards for HDAs.

e) The Entrepreneur/Broadcaster is entitled to reimbursement from the Vendor under certain circumstances. Note: The Entrepreneur/Diffuser will use good judgment and ensure that expenses are consistent with their goals and revenue profitability and will only acquire HDAs after to become an Entrepreneur / Disseminator and will evaluate the needs of these tools.

The first step is to create your list of future customers and possible new distributors, you can start with your family, friends, acquaintances, referrals and anyone who wants to feel healthy, improve their nutrition and improve their income.

FIRST BUY

The first purchase is defined as the process for linking in the company. This process consists of filling out a distribution contract and making the purchase of one (1) product at the retail price authorized by the company. Once the first purchase process is completed, the new entrepreneur will be able to purchase our products at any of the LIFEHUNI authorized offices at a discount. The first level reached will be Un Sol, with a 20% discount, therefore all subsequent purchases you make will be settled as a Un Sol entrepreneur.

From the second purchase our new entrepreneur accumulates points. This means that the greater the volume of purchases, the greater the discount percentage will be. Entrepreneurs from 24% to 36% will be called Entrepreneurs 2 Soles.

The purchase points made by businessmen 1 and 2 Soles will be cumulative up to 400 points, when they receive their first title: LIFE. From this title, they will no longer be able to access a higher discount on the purchase of products and the points will be calculated month by month for the qualification of new titles. The profitability scale 1 Sol, 2 Soles and Life is explained below:

DIRECT SALE

This is the process by which the authorized diffuser/distributor or independent businessman is authorized to sell our products, following the authorized public price table. This way of receiving income will be more profitable as our entrepreneur grows in his discount level until he reaches the LIFE title. Lifehuni considers this income as cash flow.


REPRESENTATION

This is the second way to earn income through Lifehuni. Each person to whom you talk about our products and the business opportunity, and wishes to be part of our company (like you), must go through the first purchase process of one of our products as a new entrepreneur and register in the Information space of the Representative of the Participatory Diffusion Contract.
This process will leave you the utility of 20% of the price paid for the product of the first purchase of your new entrepreneur in the network. This initial deposit is called representation and you can request the reimbursement of this money from the company, delivering the necessary data to Lifehuni's accounting area (your data updated before the DIAN and bank certification that accredits you as an account holder). .

DIFFERENTIALS

It is the third way to receive income through Lifehuni and it is one of the easiest, since here, you receive TOP income (from the work of other people). If you have already invited your close circle to become part of the company by purchasing and selling our products and they have chosen you as their representative, you will begin to receive differential income for ALL the purchases they make, as long as they are at a level discount lower than yours. Note: With differentials we refer to the percentage difference between your discount level and that of your client.
Let's explain it with suns:

If you have a Un Sol Entrepreneur (20% discount on purchases) and the Entrepreneurs you linked to your network are Un Sol Entrepreneurs, there are NO differentials.

If you are an Entrepreneur Dos Soles (24% or 28% discount on purchases) and the Entrepreneurs you linked to your network are Entrepreneurs One Sun (20%) or Dos Suns (24%), you will receive 4% or 8% for all the purchases that your employer makes - according to example.

If you are an Entrepreneur Dos Suns (32% discount on purchases) and the Entrepreneurs you linked to your network are Entrepreneurs One Sun (20%) or Dos Suns (24% and 28%), you will receive 4%, 8% or up to 12% for all purchases that your employer makes - as an example. When you are a LIFE Entrepreneur (40% discount on purchases) and you have reached your first title, it means that you receive the highest discount on purchases in the company and that all the Entrepreneurs you linked in your network are Un Sol Entrepreneurs (20% ) or Dos Soles (24%, 28%, 32% and 36%), they are generating differentials in purchases for ALL the purchases they make.

Now, the entrepreneurs in your network will also move up in discount levels as they increase their purchases and accumulate points, and they will also obtain the Life title - (40% discount on purchases). Entrepreneur Conditions

1. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator may only distribute Lifehuni products within the country to which their representation code belongs.

2. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator undertakes to do their best to distribute Lifehuni products and services to potential consumers in a way that favors the reputation of the company, invoking the Lifehuni Entrepreneurs Manual, participatory dissemination contract and other documents issued by the company.

3. The Entrepreneur/Diffuser will carry out the distribution activities without any type of subordination by Lifehuni, determining their own schedule, objectives and work methodologies.

4. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator will be responsible for the taxes applicable to the same activity.

5. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator will not appear as a franchise or securities holder agent, beneficiary, direct or indirect employee and / or legal representative of Lifehuni.

6. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator undertakes that in the events that he acts as a representative of other Entrepreneur / Disseminator, he will do so as a delegate and must do so within the framework of good customs, ethics and legal framework, making his best effort to train them, support them, direct them and keep them informed, accepting the clauses and conditions of the rules of conduct, Lifehuni Entrepreneurs Manual, participatory dissemination contract and other documents issued by Lifehuni.

7. The Entrepreneur/Diffuser assumes the risks regarding the care or loss of the products, from the date they receive them, as a consequence of direct acquisition made from the Lifehuni company.

8.The Entrepreneur/Diffuser must fully pay the value of the products requested at the time of placing the order and will be responsible for and manager of their own portfolio with third parties, whether they are clients, generations or derived lines.

9. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator will not be able to create publicity for Lifehuni's products on their own, for this work they can only and exclusively use the publicity and the means that the company gives and authorizes, which is adjusted to the guidelines and guidelines of the country in which you operate. Likewise, the description, characteristics and benefits of the products on social networks must be the same as those embodied in the manuals and in Lifehuni advertising, the Entrepreneur / Disseminator being free to use their own testimony as a tool in the placement of the products on the website. market.

10.The terms set forth herein and the affiliation as an Entrepreneur/Diffuser to the Lifehuni company, commit the Entrepreneur/Diffuser to fully comply with all the guidelines. In the event of incurring in any type of violation of these terms, the Entrepreneur / Disseminator is obliged to accept the suspension and / or definitive cancellation of its code depending on the seriousness of the offense, which are stipulated in the Entrepreneur Manual and in the Rules of Conduct of the Entrepreneur / Lifehuni Diffuser. Reprimands (whatever applies) will be issued by the company's ethics and disciplinary committee.

Employer Responsibilities

1. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator must comply with the political constitution of the country in which he resides and the laws or regulations related to sales of that country. In addition, the Entrepreneur / Disseminator must not be involved with businesses that the laws of their country qualify as fraudulent or illegal, nor participate in activities that put Lifehuni's reputation at risk.

2. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator will acquire the products directly at the company's Main Office or at any of the offices in the country in person or virtually.

3. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator must guarantee the quality of the products and service to its consumers.

4. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur/Diffuser must explain the uses, precautions and way of using the products.

5. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur/Broadcaster will immediately inform the company verbally or in writing of any complaints or claims that consumers and Entrepreneurs/Broadcasters of their network or other networks have.

6. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator will collaborate with the solutions to complaints or claims, if it is within their resolution capacity and with the prior authorization of Lifehuni.

7. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator may not use professions, corporations or businesses outside of Lifehuni for the purpose of selling other products, nor should they use methods that go against ethics.

8. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator is not authorized to import or export Lifehuni products, nor support or promote for individuals to do so.

9. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator cannot use the sales network to promote other products such as investments, insurance, products from other companies, etc.

10. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator who wishes to change their representative must have written and notarized authorization from their entire chain of representation, explaining the reasons for the request, losing all existing rights if approved by Lifehuni's disciplinary and ethics committee. Lifehuni may approve or deny the request without having to provide justification. If approved, no Business Owner/Broadcaster from your organization or downline is allowed to transfer. If the request is denied and your intention to change your representative persists, you may resign from Lifehuni and its entire network, and enter again after three months from the date of approval of the resignation. With this resignation, the Entrepreneur / Disseminator will lose the representation code, the level and the network. It is not guaranteed that the Entrepreneur / Disseminator who resigns and complies with the rules, will be accepted back into Lifehuni.

11. The benefits, rights, commissions and obligations belonging to an Entrepreneur / Disseminator will not be sold or transferred.

12. If after acceptance as Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator, he wishes to request his resignation, he can do so. He may resign from Lifehuni and its entire network, and rejoin after three months from the date of approval of the resignation. With this resignation, the Entrepreneur / Disseminator will lose the representation code, the level and the network. It is not guaranteed that the Entrepreneur / Disseminator who resigns and complies with the rules, will be accepted back into Lifehuni.

13. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur/Broadcaster must stimulate and encourage the Entrepreneurs/Broadcasters in their network to deepen and learn about the products, through the dissemination of audios and publications produced by the Lifehuni company.

14. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator must report violations of company regulations or rules. If the representative discovers that some of his derived Entrepreneurs / Online Disseminators are failing to comply with the rules or regulations of the company, he must report them or otherwise he will also be reprimanded or dismissed depending on the seriousness of the fault.

15. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator must train his organization periodically by the most appropriate means and according to the need (meetings, videoconferences, audio, video, etc.).
The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator must maintain a business address, email and telephone number both for the database and for good and timely communication with your organization.

16. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator must help to correctly fill out the forms for applications, resignations, orders and other administrative procedures.

17. The Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator must keep informed about the company's policies, to ensure that their network knows and understands them.

18. A Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator cannot purchase products in the name of another Entrepreneur / Disseminator, if he is not authorized to do so, just as he cannot provide his data for someone else to make purchases in his name. In case of being authorized by the Entrepreneur / Disseminator, you must present a letter signed and authorized by the legal entity that expresses it in each purchase.

19. Orders placed with Lifehuni will be paid by Employer/main Disseminator, his spouse (with prior written authorization) or his Entrepreneur/junior Disseminator.

20. The Representative-Represented relationship is the pillar of Lifehuni marketing, therefore the rules and regulations of the company protect the rights of representatives. Therefore representation changes are considered harmful, although in specific circumstances they will be allowed.
No Lifehuni Entrepreneur / Disseminator should interfere in the Representative-Represented relationship, inciting or persuading him to change his derivative line.

21. All representative Entrepreneurs / Broadcasters must be an example in terms of compliance with the rules and regulations established by Lifehuni.

22. If a representative of Lifehuni does not comply with the obligations indicated, his personal organization reports said non-compliance and Lifehuni confirms the veracity of the complaint, the Entrepreneur / Disseminator will receive from a reprimand to the removal of his qualification and total loss of his benefits .

REGULATION

1. An Entrepreneur / Disseminator must not recruit, promote or educate any derivative line that is not his own or that of representation, except by authorization of the representative of said line.

2. An administration fee of 2% will be deducted according to the income obtained by the Entrepreneurs / Disseminators if at any time in the exercise of the practice in the country that Lifehuni is operating, this concept is needed for the use of the virtual platform, network administration, inventories, settlement software, web page administration shared by the company, etc.

3. Whenever a qualification is promoted, the previous condition will be canceled immediately.

4. If a Lifehuni distribution or sales network wants to differentiate itself from other networks due to its economic achievements or activities when carrying out its advertising, it will bear the name of Entrepreneur/Authorized Disseminator as the main theme and the name of the network will be an accessory title.

5. If the distributor incurs violations of the regulations due to deceit, imitation, misrepresentation, threats, lawsuits or other reasons against Lifehuni caused by misinformation, the Entrepreneur/Distributor must pay indemnities or compensation to Lifehuni or the party involved for monetary damages or moral and other losses that you have incurred, including those related to legal expenses for the misuse of the Lifehuni company name.

6. If an Entrepreneur/Diffuser has debts with Lifehuni for any reason, Lifehuni reserves the right to deduct the amount owed from any amount payable to the distributor, as well as withhold payment of money until the Entrepreneur/Disseuser has paid the entirety of its debt or sanctions will be given.

7. The Entrepreneur / Disseminator cannot orally or in writing attribute medical, therapeutic or curative properties to Lifehuni products. If the client is undergoing treatment, it is advisable to consult your doctor before introducing changes to your diet.

8. The presentation of brochures, magazines, catalogs, business cards on the counter or table related to the company and authorized by it is allowed.

9.Lifehuni produced and approved T-shirts, garments or buttons may be used, the banner may not be displayed or displayed in any place other than a distributor's meeting place as well as audio and video transmission produced by Lifehuni.

10. Entrepreneurs/Broadcasters may carry out their own advertising as long as their content is verified by Lifehuni.

11.No Entrepreneur/Broadcaster is authorized to broadcast video or audio of any kind that is related to Lifehuni products except for the use of the one published by the company.

12. When the Lifehuni business opportunity is presented, it should be emphasized that it means an independent business and that it is not an offer of employment.

13.In the telephone directory, Entrepreneurs/Disseminators may only appear as Lifehuni authorized Entrepreneurs/Disseminators.

14. Only the company may grant interviews or authorize publicity for the company and its products. Only authorized Lifehuni officials may write or speak through the media.

15.No Entrepreneur/Distributor may produce from any source other than Lifehuni, items bearing the Lifehuni name and/or logo, or any of the trademarks or trade names belonging to Lifehuni or its affiliates.

16.No Entrepreneur/Broadcaster or other person may partially or fully reproduce any material produced by Lifehuni without written authorization to do so.

17.All materials produced by Lifehuni are protected by copyright whether registered or not, and are the property of Lifehuni. If reproduction is accepted through written communication, it must be printed "This material is reproduced with the authorization of Lifehuni".

18. Pursuant to these rules of conduct and regulations of the company, the Entrepreneurs / Broadcasters will indemnify Lifehuni for and against actions, lawsuits, lawsuits, fines and damages, including legal costs that are made or presented against the company, as a direct result or indirectly of any violation of any of the rules or regulations that apply to your sale activity. Lifehuni will not have legal responsibilities before any Entrepreneur / Disseminator with respect to the costs, losses or expenses suffered directly or indirectly as a result of any act, omission, representation or declaration of another Entrepreneur / Disseminator

19. The sale of products between Entrepreneurs / Disseminators is not allowed. If this sale is made, Lifehuni is not responsible and will not grant benefits of any kind on said transaction.
Lifehuni never demotes its Entrepreneurs / Disseminators, but by not meeting the requirements in each cycle or, you will stop getting the respective commissions.

20.The sales tax granted by the country in which Lifehuni operates is managed from the discounted price, the 2% handling fee if necessary in the exercise of practice, is calculated from the discounted price. (This will be Lifehuni's decision).

21. Whenever there is a violation of Lifehuni's rules of conduct and its regulations, the company will adopt the actions or measures it deems necessary according to the violation, ranging from the suspension of purchase privileges to the suspension of benefits and income.

22. An Entrepreneur / Disseminator may renounce his sale with or without reasons, Lifehuni will make the resignation effective after the written request.

Lifehuni offers its entrepreneurs tools to improve their sales strategies, increase their communication skills and increase their link with existing market networks within the company.

For it:

- We carry out virtual training cycles available to all our entrepreneurs.
- We carry out training tours on sales and leadership in the main cities of the country.
- We design and distribute, free of charge, support and learning material for our entrepreneurs.
- We design and share support material for the commercial area.
- We feed the blog, social networks, YouTube channel and WhatsApp groups with new, constant and timely information.
- We offer support tools that can be useful in the development of the business.
- We provide advice through various channels willing to do so (whatsapp, facebook, instagram, live chat website, virtual conferences, etc).
